UNCORKING NORTHERN CALIFORNIA

There’s nothing like a trip to refresh  your menu! Our journey takes us through the valleys of Napa and Sonoma discovering the terrior of America's finest vineyards and artisanal products.

This is a leisurely tour focusing on food and wine in two heralded regions. It includes a variety of exclusive classes, tastings and meeting the individuals that make it happen in the region.  We’ll begin in America’s favorite city... San Francisco at The PALOMAR with a tour of the best kept food secrets before heading to Napa Valley via Carneros. After scouting Napa and enjoying Copia and CIA, we’ll continue into Sonoma for explorations of the great estates.  From spa time to cycling or balloon rides we can add some personalized twists.
